Week of December 8th - 14th, 2019
Last weekend review:
NOVA participated in Christmas 7s where we enjoyed an offseason social 7s tournament where the boys had a slew of tries and some fun! When you hit the offseason, a 7s tournament in the winter does not sound like the best of times. It turned out to be a great day of rugby, filled with Christmas jams between matches and some free flowing rugby on the pitch!
The Old Glory Capital Selects had a fifteen-a-side double header at the 7s tournament. NOVA had fourteen players on the selects and represented the NOVA crest with pride and skill!
All in all, a great weekend of rugby for NOVA!
