Executive Meeting
This past Saturday, the NOVA Executive Board met and discussed all things for the spring and future plans for NOVA. NOVA Nation can rest easy knowing there are a group of unsung warriors working behind the scenes to help make NOVA the Premier Club in the Mid-Atlantic. Announcements will be posted in the coming weeks, stay tuned.
NOVA Hoops
Did you know NOVA has it's own basketball team? A true force to be reckoned with, hitting the hard wood in rugby shorts and tanks. This past Sunday was their first game, here's how it went:
NOVA started out slow, falling down 16-2 early. After turning the pressure up in classic rugby fashion, NOVA crawled back and took a 3 point lead thanks to solid play by Aiden Rockwood, Matt Harrison, and Adam The Ageless One. Unfortunately, a great defensive showing in the second half was trumped by a tough shooting night across the board on top of slew of turnovers. NOVA will look to bounce back after a rusty start next Sunday at Noon!

Join OG Strength and Conditioning Coach, Mike Legget of Scottish Rugby Union, for a classroom session. Mike will be focusing on match day prep and what he does to get professional rugby players ready for kickoff on match day. Quality information at a great price, FREE!

The first Old Glory match of 2020 is a preseason match verse Navy. Head on out to the St. James and watch NOVA Players Dacoda Worth, Mo Katz, Ryan Burroughs and Will Vakalahi put on the OG Jersey!
