Offseason Trainings

Offseason Workouts are every Thursday in the months of January and February. Workouts are held at our home practice field, Oakton High School in Vienna, VA. Training starts at 8:15 pm and end around 10:00 pm. These workouts are rugby geared fitness sessions and are player run. The sessions are a guideline to offseason fitness and you will not get fit on these sessions alone. At NOVA, coming to practice fit is each players individual responsibility. You come to practice to learn rugby not to get fit and you can not learn rugby unless you are fit. Join us, get fit!
