Directions:-
From Route 1 or I-95, take Lorton Rd west,
turn right on Silverbrook Rd. Turn left on Laurel Crest Drive.
To park in the front of the building you will need to loop
around from the rear of the property. Turn right at Stallion
Fields Drive, the third entrance near the softball field and
follow the directional signs to for the Main Office (Entrance
#1).
From the
Fairfax County Parkway, take Rt. 123 (Ox
Rd) South. Travel approximately 5.1 miles. Turn left on
Silverbrook Road (traffic signal) and continue for
approximately 2 miles…
… Approach #1
Remain on Silverbrook Rd. At the end of the school property,
turn right at the light at Laurel Crest Rd. Turn right at
Stallion Fields Drive, the third entrance near the softball
field and follow the directional signs for the Main Office
(Entrance #1).
… Approach #2
Turn right at the traffic light at Hooes Rd. Turn left on
Laurel Crest Road (new road, not well marked – opposite Dudley
Road); bear right at the traffic circle. Travel approximately
1 mile. Turn left at Stallion Fields Drive (at the softball
field) and follow the directional signs for the Main Office
(Entrance #1).

From the
Fairfax County Parkway, take Hooes Rd exit
South…
… Approach #1
After approximately 1.5 miles, turn left onto Silverbrook Rd
(traffic signal). At the next traffic light, turn right onto
Laurel Crest Dr. Turn right at Stallion Fields Drive, the
third entrance near the softball field and follow the signs to
the Main Office (Entrance #1).
… Approach #2
Stay on Hooes Rd past Silverbrook Rd. Turn left on Laurel
Crest Road (new road, not well marked – opposite Dudley Rd);
bear right at the traffic circle. Travel approximately 1 mile.
Turn left at Stallion Fields Drive (by the softball field) and
follow the directional signs to the Main Office (Entrance #1).
Loading Dock: From
Laurel Crest Drive, turn into the entrance for “Kiss and
Ride”; see loading dock on the right.

Distance 76 miles; allow
approx 90 minutes driving time.
Shortly after passing
exits for Front Royal, I-66 ends at the I-81 interchange.
Pass exit for Rte. 50
(Northwestern Pike/Amherst Street)
N.B. DO NOT
confuse the exit for Winchester Medical Center with the exit
for Rte. 50 (Northwestern Pike/Amherst Street) which
immediately precedes
the correct exit for the medical center.
Once on the
ramp you should see a large classroom type building immediately
to your front. It has a
Shenandoah University
sign on the upper right hand corner. The pitch is right below
this building and should be readily seen. Take a left onto
North Sector Court. Go to the top of hill and park in the
building’s lot. Use the end of the lot furthest from the
building.
The field is at the back of
Winchester Medical Center in front of the Shenandoah University
Health Professions Building (pharmacy and nursing school).
The physical address is 1775

From Fairfax County Parkway (Rte. 7100)
- Take Fairfax County Parkway (Rte. 7100)
SOUTH.
It is approximately 16.6 miles from junction of Fairfax
County Parkway and Rte. 50 (Lee-Jackson Mem H’way ) in Chantilly
to Hooes Road Park, Springfield.
- Pass South Run Rec Center
N.B. Shortly after South Run Rec Center, Fairfax
County Parkway becomes Franconia-Springfield Parkway. The route
number is still 7100.
- Ignore signs for Hooes Rd.
- Pass exit for Rolling Rd.
From Rolling Rd it is 1.3 miles to traffic light at
Spring Village Drive/Bonniemill Lane
- At light for Spring Village Drive (Greenspring
Village Retirement community) and Bonniemill Lane, take RIGHT
into Bonniemill Lane.
- Immediately take LEFT into Hooes Rd.
Here Hooes Rd runs like a service road parallel to
Franconia-Springfield Parkway.
- Drive approximately 200 yards to park
entrance on RIGHT.
- Turn RIGHT into park. There is some
parking. If no spaces, exit park and park on street.
If you reach the interchange for I-95 (just before
Springfield Mall), YOU HAVE GONE TOO FAR!
Western Loudoun RFC's home field

Directions are from WOG;
that is junction of McLearen and Sully Rd (Rte. 28) VIA the GREENWAY.
Distance 30 miles. Driving time approx. 35 minutes.

Take Sully Rd (Rte. 28) NORTH 2.5
miles to the Dulles Toll Rd/Greenway (Rte. 267).

Take the Dulles Toll Rd/Greenway (Rte.
267) WEST toward Leesburg. **Don't forget money for the tolls!**

Drive about 13 miles to the end of the
Greenway (Rte. 267) at Leesburg.

Take exit # 1A to the LEFT onto the
Leesburg Bypass/Harry Byrd Highway (Rte. 7) - going WEST.

Stay on Rte. 7 for the next 13 miles.

Pass Purcellville!

At the exit for Roundhill and Purcellville,
exit right onto ramp onto East Loudoun Street. (At the bottom of the
exit ramp you need to make a left at the stop sign. )

Take Business Rte. 7 (East Loudoun Street)
EAST back toward Purcellville. Drive about 0.8 miles.

The entrance to Franklin Park will be about 0.9
miles on your right. Enter the park and go to the first stop sign. Make
a right and park at the top of the hill.

Loudoun RFC's field is in the back. Look for rugby posts.

Route/Avoiding Tolls!**

- from WOG, go NORTH on Sully Rd
(Rte. 28) beyond the Dulles Toll Rd to Rte. 7 WEST; about 8 miles.

Take Rte. 7 West to Leesburg.

As you approach Leesburg, take the
Leesburg Bypass/Harry Byrd Highway (Rte. 7)WEST around Leesburg. (Do
NOT take Business Rte. 7 through Leesburg!)

After passing signs for the Greenway
(Rte. 267), continue WEST on Rte. 7

Stay on Rte. 7 for the next 13 miles.

Pass Purcellville!

At the exit for Roundhill and Purcellville,

Georgetown Prep is located at 10900 Rockville Pike in North Bethesda, Maryland, about 1 mile north of the Capitol Beltway (I-495) on Route 355.

Directions from Virginia and points west via I-495, the Capital Beltway
- Inner Loop
Exit the Capital Beltway at Exit 36 onto Old Georgetown Road (Rte. 187).
Turn LEFT off the exit ramp onto Old Georgetown Road to go North.
Proceed for about 1.5 miles. Turn right onto Tuckerman Lane. Follow Tuckerman Lane for about 2 miles and turn left onto Rockville Pike (Route 355)
going North. Go almost ½ mile and turn LEFT into the campus at the traffic light at Strathmore Avenue.

Gravelly Point Park is located in
Arlington between the George Washington Memorial Parkway and the
Potomac River just north of runway 1/19 at Reagan National Airport.

N.B. Access to Gravelly Point Park
is from the northbound
lanes of the George Washington Parkway. There is NO access from
the southbound lanes of the GW Parkway!
Directions from Alexandria
From Alexandria take the George Washington Parkway North.
Pass Reagan National Airport on the right. Very shortly after
passing Reagan, look for the park on your right. There is a park
service sign for Gravelly Point. Park in designated parking
area.
Directions from
the West Take I-66 East
toward Washington DC. In Rosslyn, take Exit 75 for Rte. 110
South. (Do NOT cross the Potomac via the Roosevelt Bridge.)
Stay on Rte. 110, passing Arlington National Cemetery and the
Pentagon. As you pass the Pentagon and approach Crystal City,
look for signs for Rte. 1 South (Jefferson Davis Highway) and Reagan
National Airport. Follow signs into Reagan National Airport.
As soon as you cross over Rte. 1 and
enter the airport, look for signs for the George Washington Parkway -
NORTH. Take the George Washington Parkway North. Very
shortly after passing Reagan, look for the park on your right.
There is a park service sign for Gravelly Point. Park in
designated parking area.

Lewinsville Park

Directions:
Take I-495 (Capital Beltway) toward Tysons Corner. Go to Exit 46B.
At Exit 46B, get off the beltway onto Route 123
North towards McLean.
Go towards McLean.
As soon as you pass under the Dulles Toll Road you come to light at
Lewinsville Rd/Great Falls Street. At light take RIGHT onto Great Falls Street
Then take first LEFT onto Chain Bridge Road
Lewinsville Park is on the right, turn in and there is a large parking
lot. Field is on your right as your first enter park.

- Interstate 95 North to Exit 77B (Rt. 24 - Bel Air)
- Rt. 24N for approximately 6 miles
- Right on Business Rt. 1 (Major intersection with Harford
Mall to the left)
- Stay in right lane
- Go approximately 1/2 mile to Main Street (When you cross
Main, BR1 turns into Rt. 22 East)
- At the 2nd traffic light after Main (bottom of the hill),
turn right into school driveway.
It is 80 miles from junction of I-66/I-495 to John Carroll
School, Bel Air, MD
